Further Details
Further details and restrictions about the survey can be found below:
- Only participants 18 years of age and over are eligible to participate in this survey.
- Your participation in this study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate or, if you agree to participate, you can withdraw your participation at any time during the survey. You may not withdraw data that has already be submitted since the data is stored as an aggregate.
- Any question during the survey can be skipped unless you have already provided an answer for it. If you don't see the skip button it means either you have already provided an answer and you can only change your answer or you have exceeded the number of skips and if you skip anymore there will not be enough questions to finish the survey. You may leave the survey at any point in time.
- We collect no personally identifiable information about you.
All participants are anonymized through the AMT services and we don’t have access to the anonymization key. AMT will not have access to the stored results as the survey will be conducted on servers in Purdue University.
The project's research records may be reviewed by departments at Purdue University responsible for regulatory and research oversight.
- If you have questions, comments or concerns about this research project, you can talk to one of the researchers.
